NEW BOOK SERIES SHAKES UP TRADITIONAL PUBLISHING

One-hour Quick Reads Give New Meaning To Educational, Non-fiction Books

May 1, 2009 (Westport, CT) A breakthrough in book publishing is hitting print a time that we need it most: RAND Publishing introduces The Skinny On™ – a series of books that give "the skinny on life's most important lessons." Inspired by the Japanese literary form, Manga, a whimsical, illustrated modality for story-telling, and easily read in about an hour, each subject is explored through the lives of ordinary people - normal in all respects but one: they happen to be stick people.
